I have not weighed myself in so long, I couldn't even tell you how much I weigh. I'm guessing around 208.
The major system hardware upgrade at work is done. We are now finishing up on the secondary things related to this upgrade. Some software issues are being ironed out, but otherwise, it went really well.
Finally got my Buell Adventure Jacket. Not too bad. It is made by Joe Rocket for Buell, so it's middle of road in the price and performance range. The only downside, it is not waterproof. Hopefully the pants and gloves will show up soon.
My bicycle riding has been nonexistent. Not a good thing. I need to get back on the pedal bike and work this body some. It needs it.
Otherwise, I have been working and riding the Buell. I even had Barb out with me this past weekend. I forgot to mention, I was able to get into Hal's last Rider's Edge class of the year. Someone else cancelled, so I was given the call. Needless to say, I jumped at the chance. There were a mix of people in the class. Some with experience, some had not ever been on a motorcycle. 4 days of class and 2 days out on the range. 2 people did not pass the course because they dropped the Buell Blast during their riders test. Not a good thing. But I passed both the written exam and the riding portion, so I now have my full motorcycle license. Woohoo! Now we will see how far into fall I keep riding. If nothing else, the motor keeps you warm.
