178 pounds....
I'm not sure if I will lose any more weight during this detox or not. Seems my body has plateaued with the amount of exercise that I haven't been doing and the amount of calories from the lemonade.
Only a few more days to go and then I'll break the fast and get back to eating normal food. In speaking with Barb, I'll probably then start at Week 1 of my 14 Week Off Season Training so that I ease back into working out.
The salt water flush is STILL moving things out. Seems so odd that I'm still purging things out of me, but I guess that is why I did this, isn't it?
Anyway, today is my pre-op appointment with my ear Doctor. And tomorrow is the surgery. Woohoo, finally I will get this done and past and will be able to get back to normal.

Still following your progress, very impressed with your dedication.
Making some personal dietary changes right now after finishing "Mad Cowboy" recently. I guess trying to figure out what "type" of vegetarian I would make. Don't want to have too many things going at once, althought the Master Cleanse would have been a good transition to a Veggie focus. Finishing "Spontaneous Healing", Dr. A. Weil and then it's off to the cleanser for me. Good luck, I'll be following along.
If you do the Master Cleanser, please blog it so that we can see how you are doing.
Where in the midwest are you?
Or are you in California like it says on your blog?
Hmm, thought I left you something yesterday. Former KC guy relocated in SoCal since '90. Wife and two kids, so off any competitive sporting until ~4 years ago. 6'0" ~200 then, Adventure Racing, Atkins and migration towards better training and overall health have moved me towards more endurance running & ~175lbs now.
Hanging on pretty well with my own version of a vegetarian diet and plotting my own Master Cleanse.
Thanks for keeping yours available and as personal as you've made it.
